“Trauma” is the very least of it.
It’s looking more and more like conspiracy to commit treason.
Republicans Taking the Low Road in Terms of Election Procedure, But Why?
Bernie Sanders certainly nailed this one.
And how hard would it be to offer people real value? Republicans used to be able to appeal to voters on the basis of law and order, fiscal and social conservatism, small government, minimal regulation, personal accountability, a strong job market, domestic manufacturing, and a powerful military.
Now, all that has been replaced by conspiracy theories concerning the pandemic and the stolen election, tax breaks for billionaires and corporations, Trump in 2024, f*** Joe Biden, unlimited gun rights, white supremacy, banning critical race theory, and maintaining our consumption levels of fossil fuels.

Top Republicans Can’t Run from the Truth
Apparently, the Christmas tree outside Fox News headquarters caught on fire, and the author of the meme here sees a certain analogy.
Speaking of the Republican party, it seems “you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.” We may be just a few short weeks away from understanding everything that happened on January 6th, and the events that led up to it.
If the truth is what it appears to be from the recently uncovered text exchanges, and our nation’s top people conspired to overturn the election results, it will be proof of by far the most heinous crime in U.S. history.
Trump Continues To Astound
“I’ll never understand how Trump’s mocking the disabled reporter wasn’t the end,” said one observer.
It truly was astonishing that Trump went on to become a president, one who would tell more than 30,000 lies over four years, survive two impeachments, and commit fraud, extortion, election tampering, witness intimidation, and incitement to commit insurrection–only to go leave office with his followers believing that he lost a rigged election.
Now, Trump is his party’s leading candidate for president in 2024. Simply amazing.
Sorry, But America Is Anything But Harmonious
A reader sent me this, and commented, “Thank God for comedians.” Funny stuff.
Seriously, America more harmonious than we’re being told? Sorry, but no.
If America were homogeneous, you’d find about 40% Trump supporters, 50% who regard him as a criminal sociopath, and perhaps 10% who really don’t follow this closely enough to have an opinion.
Now, of course, America is nowhere close to homogeneous. 2GreenEnergy “headquarters” is in a rural part of Santa Barbara, California. If I were to introduce myself to a neighbor and suggest that Trump should be behind bars, I’d very likely have the tar kicked out of me. A mere 30 miles down the road is the city of Santa Barbara, where one would be hard-pressed to even find a Trump supporter.

It’s hard not to have an extremely high regard for Marcus Aurelius, a man of peace and honor, and arguably the most famous of the Stoic philosophers.

The challenge I see here is that almost all these cars in decent condition have functioning, top-end gasoline engines, and thus you’re throwing away something of great value. What Trump Believes About the 2020 Presidential Election
Here, Trump’s niece speculates as to the former president’s thinking about the 2020 election. While I believe most of what she has said over the past couple of years, I doubt this one.
If Trump actually believed he won, wouldn’t he ask Georgia’s secretary of state to simply recount the votes, rather than berating, begging and threatening the man to overturn the election results?
“Just find me 11,780 votes” is not a command that comes from someone who believes he had more votes than his opponent.
