If Biden Wins, Bloodshed?



That’s a strong word.
Maybe it’s just stupidity.
From the time I was in grade school I’ve been wondering why God would favor the endeavors of Americans over those of the French or Japanese.
It just didn’t seem very “Godlike.”

If he’s talking about congresspeople themselves, he’s certainly right.
Democrats are appalled at the dishonesty, the corruption, and the self-dealing, and are deeply frustrated that they have been unable to rid our nation of this pestilence. (more…)


It’s that, with all it’s faults, the United States has been a pretty decent place to live, until 2017 rolled around. Most of us were fairly happy; life was good. Sure, we had stupid presidents and an occasional crook, but until now, no one was trying to turn the country into an authoritarian regime. (more…)

It’s interesting that the UK totally gets this. In truth, Trump has some support in England, largely among the rural, Brexit-loving anti-intellectuals, but the vast majority of Brits, known worldwide for their wisdom and sophistication, sees quite clearly that he’s a crass, unrefined dolt.

Go get ’em, Tom.

Maybe the only remaining question is how far backward we’ll go before we turn around again.
It’s hard not to seem sorry for America’s women, non-white, LGBTQs, poor, working class, scientists…and anyone else with a conscience.

The U.S. military is a group that, if nothing else, holds the country’s security dear, and they respect their superior officers as well. Of course, respecting an idea and sharing it are two different things, but what happens when someone of the stature of this retired admiral tells the Coast Guard officers and enlisted men and women, both active duty and retired, that Trump is ruining our country?
