The photo here looks like a recipe for an embarrassing situation, doesn’t it?  More to the point, of course, it’s indicative of gross incompetence.

In fact, it speaks to a level of incompetence that is rivaled only by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, who, in a  stunning admission of deadly ignorance, says he only just learned that asymptomatic people can transmit COVID-19.

You’re the governor of a state in which you make policy aimed at preventing 11 million people from joining the 4,638 cases of COVID-19, 139 of whom have died, and you don’t know the most fundamental and most frequently discussed facet of the disease that has been the subject of a continuous torrent of  news for two solid months.  Hmmmm.
