It sure does seem like the world is coming crashing down around the U.S. president:

Washington (CNN) Retired Adm. William McRaven said Thursday that the US is under attack from President Donald Trump, who he believes is working to “destroy” the country from “within” and “without.”

Here’s a fabulous article that analyzes four semi-distinct phases of renewable energy adoption, each of which is a function of the plummeting costs of solar and wind, each of which comes about for a different reason. (more…)

There is some controversy as to whether actor/director Ron Howard actually wrote this or not.  In any case, Howard actually is a liberal, and this is worth a read.  FWIW, I don’t disagree with a single word here. – Craig

Here’s an article in Forbes that examines why the quality of our air is eroding.

Will this energize Trump’s base?  I suppose, but these are people who have already shown they believe their leader was sent by God to make America great again, and they couldn’t care less that Trump is a cruel, pathological liar, war-monger, dictator loving, sex abuser.  They would vote for him regardless of anything he says or does, no matter how vile, so what’s the upside here?
