Trump Came Into Our Lives, and He Hasn’t Left Yet
As you watch the video below (speakers on), notice that this is not a bad metaphor for the Trump presidency. He’s here, and he’s made a considerable mess, but he hasn’t left yet. It’s possible that his exit could be …

Our World Post Trump
Let’s make a few assumptions: • A few months from now, the pandemic is under control. • In November, Trump is replaced by a garden-variety centrist neoliberal like Biden, whose administration restores America to the standard cruel capitalism and social injustice …

Does Biden Face a “Delicate Dance” To Win Over the ‘Bernie Brothers?’
Am I the only American not worried about this? Biden is a garden-variety neoliberal, just like every president who’s come before him since 1980 (with a few variations on the theme). His competitor is a sociopath, one that, fortunately, has …

Choosing the Next U.S. President
Excellent point. If you’re a progressive and want to point out that Biden isn’t, that’s cool. If you think the kind of government found in the rest of the developed world, i.e., democratic socialism, isn’t right for the United States, …
